Clarity Recruitment opened its doors to offer a client-centric recruitment service targeted at delivering a collaborative, end-to-end service to all of their new clients.

Building on the success of his start-up locum pharmacist agency, Clarity Locums, Anthony O’Neill, has partnered with Ann McGee, CEO and Founder of McGee Pharma International - a prominent pharmaceutical, quality, compliance and technical consultancy, to launch Clarity Recruitment.  Clarity Recruitment opened its doors to offer a client-centric recruitment service targeted at delivering a collaborative, end-to-end service from initial engagement through to interview preparation and contract negotiation for both candidates and clients.

“As our name suggests, our service will focus on providing our clients with a transparent, open service” stated Anthony O’Neill, Managing Director, of newly formed Clarity Recruitment.  “Everything we do is underpinned by an overarching commitment to quality” continued O’Neill.

McGee added ‘this is a very exciting venture and is a natural progression from the consulting services we offer to be able to work with clients to provide additional resources to support their compliance requirements.”

Julie Sinnamon, CEO, Enterprise Irelands said: “Enterprise Ireland has worked closely with Ann and McGee Pharma International over the last number of years, supporting the company to reach their set milestones as part of their 2020 plan. Ann was the recipient of the Women Mean Business Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award, sponsored by Enterprise Ireland in 2012 and it is no surprise that her entrepreneurial drive continues to be strong as demonstrated through her new venture, providing specialist pharma recruitment services. I warmly congratulate both Ann and Anthony on the establishment of Clarity Recruitment and wish them every success for the future.”

Clarity Recruitment’s first employee, Mark Tierney FIRP, is on board as the lead consultant.  “Mark has over 12 years' experience working in the life sciences sector and has a remarkable record of success in placing candidates at all levels from entry to CEO” added O’Neill.

This is a dynamic time for the Life Sciences sector in Ireland and Clarity Recruitment is proud to be part of that growth.
