A number of Enterprise Ireland consumer clients traveled to West Chester, Pennsylvania this March 17th to take part in the 25th annual QVC St. Patrick’s Day show.

QVC is an American cable, satellite and broadcast television network, and multinational corporation specializing in televised home shopping. It is one of the world’s largest multimedia retailers and broadcasts live in the US 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to almost 100 million homes.

QVC hosts two Irish shows a year, the St. Patrick’s Day show in March and a show in August to celebrate the Rose of Tralee festival. 2014 marks the 25th year of both of these shows, making them the longest standing ‘live’ events on the network.

This year 15 Irish companies sold their product live on air, both throughout the night and during the day for a total of 19 hours. Check out more at the QVC Irish Insights blog
