Showcase 2017 Preview in Brussels


On Monday October 17th, the first international Showcase Ireland 2017 Preview took place at a rustic venue just outside Brussels with products from 30 Irish creators and craftspeople on display.

A number of the creators, including HPSU client Brendan Joseph, travelled to represent their products at the event. Brendan designs and makes luxury woven goods such as shawls, bow-ties and scarves.

Approximately 20 buyers travelled from all over the Benelux region, the majority of whom have expressed an interest in attending the main event in Dublin in January.

Each attendee received beautiful samples from Enterprise Ireland clients Mianra Soaps and Brooke & Shoals.

The next international preview will be held in New York, and the final preview will be held in London in November.
