The Programme: - Assists companies to address market opportunities - Provides an opportunity to expand new markets or introduce new products into existing markets with the assistance of a competent and supported graduate - Offers the graduate a structured/accredited graduate development programme, linked to the successful implementation of the company’s project - The programme is financially supported by Enterprise Ireland . You can receive a grant of 50% towards the salary of the graduate for 18 months. The company will also receive an automated matching/selection service linking graduates to company roles; HR support to assist best matching/selection of graduate to company role/specifications. This will reduce normal attraction/recruitment costs for your company.
