Galway based company Storm Technology has announced expansion plans, which will lead to the creation of 60 new jobs.
The positions are being offered at its offices in Galway and Dublin.
The firm provides digital consultancy services for businesses around the world.
It helps companies use Microsoft technology to the best effect, with a particular emphasis on cloud computing.
The company is recruiting managers, digital business consultants and software professionals.
The expansion, backed by Enterprise Ireland, was announced at the company's Galway office this morning.
The positions will be filled over the next two and a half years, with the majority of software development roles in Galway and consultancy service openings in Dublin.
The new jobs will bring the total workforce to 150.
The expansion has been driven by a greater emphasis on what's known as "digital transformation", which is the process where companies use technological advancements to become more efficient, open new markets and exploit existing business.
Storm CEO Karl Flannery said it was "great to bring new job opportunities to the market as a result of the ongoing growth of the business".
"We have been successfully achieving double-digit growth over the past five years and our plans are to double that over the next three years," Mr Flannery said.
