Irish company Immedis has acquired US firm Expaticore in a $10m deal.
Immedis is a subsidiary of Taxback Group.
New Jersey based Expaticore is an international payroll specialist which allows client companies to manage their payroll across different countries.
Immedis had been working with Expaticore for the past two years as it looks to expand its business in the US.
It said it expects to grow its presence significantly and create up to 150 jobs over the next three years, with most of those based in Dublin.
Immedis' current client list includes amongst others Airbus, ESB International and Lifes2Good.
